You can review the status of all papers we serve for you on a daily basis by looking up the status on the internet. Please be aware that the information in your Case Status Database is password protected to allow secure access by you or anyone you authorize to use your private User Name and Password. You will require the following information to access this Case Status Database:
Your Username: (we will provide this to you first time we set you up)
Your Password: (we will provide this to you first time we set you up)
Upon entering your private user name and password you will be able to look up all pending papers and those papers actually served, including all service information. As well as invoicing information. You can search by your file number, the claim number and/or the servee’s name.
